Clarence E. Coker III, MD

Bio

Dr. Coker graduated from The Citadel in Charleston, South Carolina, with a bachelor’s degree in biology, and earned his medical degree from the University of South Carolina School of Medicine in Columbia. He then completed his family medicine residency at Carilion Roanoke Memorial Hospital in Roanoke, Virginia.

Board certified by the American Board of Family Medicine in family medicine and sleep medicine, Dr. Coker is a member of the American Academy of Family Physicians, the American Academy of Sleep Medicine and the Christian Medical and Dental Association. He specializes in management of adult and pediatric sleep disorders, type 2 diabetes and obesity, and nutrition.

Alongside the board-certified physicians and highly skilled staff at Lexington Family Practice Lake Murray, Dr. Coker provides comprehensive care for patients of all ages. He also evaluates, diagnosis and treats sleeps disorders, such as insomnia, sleep apnea, snoring and restless leg syndrome, among other conditions, at Lexington Sleep Solutions in West Columbia, South Carolina.
